Cancellation Policy

Yoga Studio 24-Hour Cancellation Policy I am committed to providing a positive and consistent experience for all our students. To ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently, I have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review the details of the policy below: Cancellation Window: You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class you wish to cancel, you will be able to do this on your bookings page. How to Cancel within the 24 hours: To cancel your reservation within the 24 hour period, you can use any of the following methods: 1. Text/phone Betty Johnson 07851995309 3. Send an email to Lole_wellness@outlook.com with your name, class date, and time of the class you wish to cancel. Late Cancellations/No-Show Policy: If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or do not show up for a class you have registered for, you will be considered a "late cancellation" or "no-show." In such cases: • For single class bookings or drop-ins, you will forfeit the class fee. (Unless I am able to fill your space with someone on the waitlist). • For those with class packages or memberships, a class will be deducted from your account. (Unless I am able to fill your space with someone on the waitlist). Exemptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, I may make exceptions to the cancellation policy. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter a situation that prevents you from attending a class.
